What Is Fileice And How Does It Work?
The file hoster FileIce offers PPD surveys for their affiliates. Filice will pay about $1 to the affiliates who upload files on their server and share them online. If a user wants to download something from there he has to complete a little survey first.
After the successfully completion of a survey the download link will be unlocked.
